Refund & Return Policy

At TradeFilon, we want you to love your shopping experience.
If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right. Please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Perishable goods (e.g., groceries or food items) and personal care products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Some categories may have additional eligibility conditions based on product type.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Perishable food and grocery items

  • Beauty or personal care products that have been opened

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

  • Digital downloads or electronic gift codes

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@tradefilon.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos or videos showing the issue so our team can assist you quickly.

Once verified, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of damaged or incorrect items).

  • Bank or card processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet been shipped.
After shipment, cancellations cannot be processed — you’ll need to initiate a return once the order arrives.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

  3. Contact your bank for confirmation.
