All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking number.
If we experience unusually high order volumes, processing times may be delayed by 1–2 additional business days.
We’ll notify you via email if there’s any significant delay.
We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ensure timely delivery across the United States.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment status.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.
If you don’t see updates after 2–3 days, contact our support team for assistance.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check our homepage or promotional emails for updates.
If your order shows as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:
Check your mailbox, front porch, or delivery area.
Ask neighbors or your building’s front desk if they accepted the package.
Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark items delivered before final drop-off.
If your order is still missing after these steps, contact us at hello@tradefilon.com, and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and items.
We’ll replace or refund the affected products after review.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize there’s an error, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at hello@tradefilon.com — we’ll do our best to update it before processing.
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement, as long as they haven’t been shipped yet.
Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed — you’ll need to request a return after delivery.
